"I served this for dinner the night I made it and was a little underwhelmed - thought there should be more flavour given all the beautiful spices. However, on the second night I tried it again and it was so much better after time for the flavours to meld. Next time I think I'll make the sauce in advance of the night I put the dish together. "This sandwich was absolutely delicious! The chickpea patty had a nice crisp exterior and tender interior with a nice background heat. The carrot and radish slaw added beautiful colour and a nice tang & paired nicely with the creamy lemon aioli. Will be making this again and again!"
"I thought the shrimp were great! I used a larger shrimp and also a very fine cornmeal, actually I think it may have been a fine cornmeal for instant polenta. I used bags for the flour and cornmeal mixtures and shook the shrimp in them - made for a much easier and quick breading process. Will definitely make this again.
