“Must plan for this since the meat takes a while to cook, but it is very easy. And the amount is perfect. I made the exact amount of filling and it was perfect for the 12 lasagna noodles. The flavor was meaty, but had a great blend of all the flavors to make it a perfect bite. I will make this again, and would be a great dinner party dish. ”

“I followed the recipe exactly - down to the slices of tomatillos. I use tomatillos from time to time, but I always cook them. Honestly, I have never tasted them uncooked. They are really 'bright' and with a citrus flavor. They added a great addition to this recipe. Don't eliminate them. Every component was perfect, and this is a great sandwich.... ”

"Excellent and so easy! This is a keeper salad recipe. However, I do think that the prep time listed is incorrect. It only took me about 15 minutes at most to prep everything. I put a full chipotle with seeds in the sauce. I may remove some of the seeds next time, but the flavors were excellent with the full pepper. The shrimp would be great"
