“These are super easy to make, full of flavor, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I was out of powdered sugar so I used cinnamon sugar insteadand they were delicious. A keeper for sure. I will try it with pears next time. Really, really good old fashioned recipe! Thanks Ree! ”

“Really good soup! I forgot to add the fish sauce but even without it, it was still super tasty. The addition of the crunchy sprouts, jalapenose, etc on top put it over the top good. It was also as easy to make as Jeff suggested it would be. Good job Jeff! ”

“For me, I thought the flavor could have been amped up a bit but the techique of this dish was great. In the future I will delete the cream since I thought it just diluted the overall flavor and that's how I would amp it up a bit. As usual though, Emerill has shared another recipe that I can happily add to my recipe box. TY! ”
"OK, so I somewhat agree with some of the other comments. The tofu itself had little flavor. I think the marinade as recommended by one other person is a great idea so I will try that next. However, the pesto was so good and the grilling idea really helped with presentation so all in all I think this is a great recipe. Just marinade first for an ho"

I would recommend going with a store bought caramel sauce. In fact, the pudding is so good I dont really think it needs the sauce, just pile on some good whipped cream while i"
"This was actually quite a bit easier than I thought it would be. They are totally worth the little bit of work they are. These were absolutely delish, but one tiny draw back. Don't plan on serving them later on, eat them as soon as you can. Mine did not keep very well. There may be a way of re-puffing them but I did not want to refry them due to t"
"Never made English Muffins before since I thought they would be difficult to make. Uh, nope, these were beyond easy. I didn't have metal rings so I just used large mouth canning rings and sprayed them real well with spray oil..that worked like a charm. These were delish and super easy to make. Thanks Alton!!"
"I made this when I had been cooking all day and was tired but still wanted something sweet for dessert but without all the fuss. This really did the trick. This has become a go to dessert recipe for all occasions when you need something simple, easy, delicious and absolutely fool proof. Thank you sooo much Chuck!!"
"WOW! This was sooo easy, especially for how filling and tasty it was. The only negative if you can even call it a negative was the amount this made. I cut the recipe in half and it still made a giant pan full. I fed 4 adults and we still had more than half the pan left. That's O.K. tho, cause we will have plenty for lunch tomorrow. Eat up guys, t"
