“Really good soup! I forgot to add the fish sauce but even without it, it was still super tasty. The addition of the crunchy sprouts, jalapenose, etc on top put it over the top good. It was also as easy to make as Jeff suggested it would be. Good job Jeff! ”

“For me, I thought the flavor could have been amped up a bit but the techique of this dish was great. In the future I will delete the cream since I thought it just diluted the overall flavor and that's how I would amp it up a bit.
