"This is such a fun dessert! I made these a few days ahead of time for a dinner party of 10. I used home made brandied chocolate covered cherries for the treat inside. I rolled them in the cookie/chocolate mixture and then froze them. When it was time to serve, I just heated the caramel sauce. Super easy and everyone absolutely loved them. Wh"
"I made this recipe as written and it was fabulous - I did cut down on the salt, however. I was havinig a dinner party on Sunday so I started the process on Saturday. I baked the ribs for l-l/2 hours on Sat. and finished the cooking on Sunday. Even the picky eaters loved it."
