"I have made this eight times. It's sooo good. I've gone thru the reviews and now have the perfect mix. I make the bechamel w/4TBS butter, 3TBS flour & 2Cups milk. I found cubed prosciutto which worked great. I cook at 400 covered for 20, uncovered 12. Fabulous!!!!!!!
