"I've made these cookies twice, the first time with semi sweet and white chocolate chips and the second time with milk chocolate and heath chips. My Mom who hated chocolate chips cooking loved these, and I even gave her the recipe.

I increased the cooking time to 16 minutes (but that is going to depend on your oven) and I chilled them for an hou"

"Okay, I'll admit it, I have a major crush on Chuck!!! Love his recipe's and hopefully someday will visit his restaurant.

I saw this on the show a few days ago and it looked very easy to make and it is! I used a 4 pound roast... 15 minutes at 500 as suggested then 20 minutes per pound at 350. I cheated on the Veal Stock because I was too lazy to m""

"I made this last night for dinner and it was delicious! I didn't have any brandy and I added 1/2 teaspoon of salt after I added the chicken broth, I would completely omit the salt addition after the broth, I think it was seasoned plenty but I would taste and add accordingly. I also cooked it for 30 minutes longer so it was "fall apart tender". I w""

"The flavor of the chicken was excellent, but reducing the sauce was a bit tricky! After reading the reviews I knew it would take much longer but after 45 minutes it still didn't reduce. I had to add some corn starch and that helped a little. The only thing I can think of is that I used fresh squeezed O.J. (fun project for my son and maybe that did""

I deseeded the jalapenos (it might have been too spicy for my 2 year old??I cut up some corn tortillas and "fried" them in Pam... yummy soup and even better that it was so easy!

"I am giving this recipe a fair because I've made this several times, including using lemons with lemon sorbet. BUT I find that it is much easier if you do the following:

1. If you have a juicer, just cut fruit in half, juice and the insides will come out completely clean, then you have fresh orange or lemon juice!
2. Freeze the cut fruit for several hours, you can even do this a few days ahead of time.
3. Add the scoops of sorbet then freeze again for at least an hour.

This is a semi healthy treat for the kids and adults too!
