"AWESOME only problem is it took me almost 5 hours to get all the ingredients a couple because i wanted a little more chinese feel about the dinner easy enough,crowd pleasing.

when does the bourbon come into this dish
i dont think apple juice can compare in taste
i cook at a major rest. at the shore and we use the real stuff, we useually flambee the alcohol out.
but it really sounds quick and tasty"
