"Doubling the frosting recipe a must. The baking time of 45 minutes to 60 was off for my oven. Cake should of been taken out at 40. I thought I was safe checking at 45 therefore cake was a bit dry. To correct I added a good splash of Frangelico between layers (underneath the Nutella). Great tasting cake! ""
