"Bobby Flay is the King! I made this recipe to the exact specifications. The egg/bread mixture did set up for about 15 minutes due to a small crisis, but it was just great! I served 20 people for breakfast and made this and a chile relleno casserole and they ate both of them completely. I had also made an 'ambrosia type fruit salad. Big hit. "
"I have made this dish three times. It is a delicious addition to the meal. I am always looking for subtle ways to get vegetables into our meals. My suggestion is to use 1 small potato per pound to pound-and-a-half of cauliflower. The lemon was a great trick! It keeps the cauliflower white and somehow keeps that strong cauliflower taste down. "This is the perfect "company" dish. The flavors are well balanced. I make this when I am expecting guests from out of town and I'm not sure if they will have eaten or if they'll be hungry. I serve this with some fresh fruit....fabulous! Warm or cold. This takes a little time to prepare, but it makes a ton of food!""
