"When my daughters come home from college, this is the dish they want me to make. I found the dough to be VERY sticky and difficult to work with at first, but I increased the flour somewhat and after practicing (many times) I have mastered a lightweight dough that I can work with. We love the simplicity and lightness of this dish. Yes, it's raviol"
