“Unlike most of the people who are gripping about new format I actually tried this recipe & found it to be very good. I did make a few changes. I didn't have riccotta cheese so I used sour cream & soft cream cheese & also added sauted veggies, I grated fresh nutmeg & a spash of hot sauce, dried herbs worked for me since that's all... ”

“I'm so glad I make it a habit to read all the reviews before trying Ina's recipes. Although their good, sometimes she uses too much salt. I made this today & used non fat plain greek yogurt for mayo & cut the salt down to 1/2 tea. ”

“I like lentils but this dish didn't work for me, when I put everything together it tasted like paste. I always cut back on salt on all of Ina's recipes, I've noticed using too much salt in her cooking is a common complaint others share too. ”

“These are my husband favorite cookies! Since there's a candy bar in recipe I cut back on both sugars to 1/2 cup each & I added 1 more tea of vanilla. I flatten down the dough a little before baking & only baked for 9 minutes. One of our local stores sells this cookies for $7.99 a doz. Great recipe ”
