"I just recently watched this show, and was intrigued by this salad. I've been experimenting with kale lately, and was very excited to try this recipe. I am so glad I did. My family (who is very wary of "healthy greens" loved this salad.) I followed the recipe as is, and its delicious. "These were very easy to make, and were sooooo good. I made them for a dinner party so I made slider size, because it was a new recipe, and all in attendance were unsure about "turkey burgers" lol. The sliders were huge hit, even among the skeptics. The only changes I made were using whole wheat slider buns, and I didn't have watercress so I substituted iceberg lettuce.
