Used a rotisserie chicken because of short time frame. Very good casserole & just a bit different which pleased the family. We enjoyed the crisp veg. Added a buillon cube to cooking water for the pasta to get chicken-y flavor infused into pasta. Very good!

Delish! And so pretty. I recommend mixing the frosting in a stand mixer; much easier & less time consuming, if you have one. These are really special & I plan to make them again the next time my son brings his gf over for dinner. I also tried it with a cake mix (with the addition of pudding & sour cream) to make it easier. "Athenna is right; they used a corn muffin mix on the show. I made these for an after school snack when I knew my boys would be hungry & dinner would be late. They were a big hit! Didn't use any sticks, just dropped the mini dogs in the hot oil; they were great.
