This is by far the best lobster roll I have ever had, and I have had many. It's so light and tasty. The mayo topping is excellent and really adds a pop to the roll. I used left over king crab in place of the lobster. I find that crab is tastier than lobster. I would definitely recommend this!!!!

I'm not rating the recipe, although I'm sure its good. Just wanted to say that Ree did not add any water to the pot of beef. Ree's food is really good. It's a shame the foodnetwork keeps messing up her recipes. There were mistakes on all three of the recipes for this show.

I made this and followed the recipe exactly, except the tablespoon of salt. Only used 1 teas. but on the show he did say 1 tablespoon, so the recipe as written is correct. I cooked it for 4 hours and the beans were still a bit firm. I would definitely recommend soaking them overnight before cooking them. When I served them, they were absolutely delicious!!!...

I just made this complete recipe and it was truly outstanding. I was afraid that the spice mixture for the lamb would taste like Chinese five spice, which I don't care for, but it was much more delicate in flavor and really enhanced the lamb! These were really good. They weren't quite as flavorful as I thought they would be, but still really tasty. I have enough stuffing left to do about 20 more mushrooms, however. I think next time I will use Marsala instead of dry vermouth and will use half sour cream and half cream cheese. I also reduced my balsamic vinegar down so it got nice and syrupy....

I found that changing from using Yahoo as my browser, to Google Chrome, all of the problems I was having with the food network site have gone away. Foodnetwork and Yahoo are not compatible since the network has made all of the recent (and crappy) changes. Hope that will help you as well.

This was ok, but didn't have all that much flavor. If there is a next time, I would use either sherry or marsala wine and would season the shrimp before cooking. The sauce had a nice consistancy.

Took 10 minutes to make the rub and coat the pork. Took 10 minutes to make the picco de gallo. 15 minutes to make the onions and 20 minutes to make the sauce. Perhaps you are using Yahoo as your browser. After MANY complaints to the food network, I was finally told to use Google Chrome when using the foodnetwork site and since doing that I have had no problems. Since changing all of their formats, they are not supported very well by Yahoo.

These are good. I used beef instead of pork and think this would be an awesome base for homemade chili!! Don't over char the peppers or they will end up being to soft to actually pick up as a finger food.

Good comment about the lemon! When a recipe calls for one onion, shallot, tomato, garlic clove or lime, the sizes can vary quite a bit and can really alter what may have been a good recipe. Nice if the chefs would use cup or tablespoon measurements instead.

Thanks for the reply. On most of the recipes I pull up, those red and white boxes don't show up. Like this one, there are none on my computer screen. And on the ones that the boxes do come up, when I press the save icon, I get an hour glass and then nothing happens. Food Network keeps ignoring my requests for help, so thanks for your response!!!
