"Made 180 of these for an open house I catered. A bit difficult at first to get the knack of wrapping Club Crackers loaded with grated fresh parm. but once a system was down it went fairly quickly. They turned out to be one of the hits of the guests appetite and also the hosts. Simple, delicious and and excellent product and not greasy as one mig"
"Didn't use Danish Ham but used one very close to it. Only suggestion is that if you don't use Danish Ham be sure to put ham slices between paper towels to absorb some of he water they purge the hams with. This way your appetize won't get soggy.

"First had Oysters served with a Cucumber Mignonette at the Edison Cafe/Saloon in Edison, WA. They were served in shot glasses with the Mignonette in the bottom and the Oysters placed on top of the Mignonette. AWESOME!
