"Have made this twice now,and it was a BIG hit both times. I used my large cast iron skillet to cook it in, and it was an easy clean up. The salsa verde really added another level of flavor to the dish,and it made it taste really fresh. The potatoes are out of this world,and that sauce really rocks them.
