"These were SO good! I did make two changes though. My baby potatoes were a bit on the larger side so I cut them into wedges. Which I loved because that just meant more crispy edges. And instead of using raw garlic I roasted a full head of garlic and then when that was done I mashed it up with a bit of EVOO and mixed it in with the potatoes, EV"
