"This cake is SO GOOD.
I didn't have whole milk, so I used skim milk instead, and it came out great! I think the best part of the cake is that it's light AND moist at the same time.
However, I would forgo just using butter for the pan and also add flour to make it come out a bit easier. Or perhaps even using non-stick baking spray.
