"These blondies are incredible. If you like peanut butter and white chocolate, you will love this recipe. I really enjoy Rachel Allen's show, and record all the episodes. It has taken me this long to try one of her recipes, because I'm used to measuring in cups rather than ounces, but converting turned out to be pretty easy. "
