"I recently spent 6 months in Argentina where we had dulce de leche every morning. I haven't been able to find it in stores near me, so I was very excited to see Bobby's version. Yes, he did say 350 on the show and the recipe says 425. I tried both, niether made a usable product. The 425 version made a consistancy of oatmeal. The 350 made a pudding"
