"I have made this recipe several times now. It is so good. People rave about it! The only tweeks that I made were adding fresh herbs such as thyme bundles and bay to the broth before putting it in the oven. If you are in a hurry to get the sauce to thicken, use a little flour or cornstarch slurry to help it along. Great recipe Chuck!""
