"I like the idea of this recipe a lot. The execution is a little bland and yes, and extra 15 min at 350 is recommended (you may even want to precook your potatoes a little or they may come out a little hard.) "This is delicious! The previous reviewer is right in that the marinade is a mess. Line your pan with foil and consider using silpat like I did, otherwise clean up will probably be a disaster. Know that the lemongrass from the marinade gives the ribs a noticeable "hairy" look. You can't taste or feel the texture when you eat it, but just be aware.""
