"I've made these twice. The first time, I used my Chipshot (oldie but goodie) and they were beautiful! I cooked them at 350 for about 30 mins. The second time, I used the food processor to slice them and tried cooking them at 300 as suggested. They are too thick and taking forever to cook... some are cooked too much and some not enough on the s"
"I followed the recipe and found it very sticky as well. I did add some savory items (sundried tomatoes and rosemary). I used the fast-rise yeast as well. It did rise and then I transferred ti to my loaf pans and cooked it. I guess I should have let it rise in the loaf pans. It was heavy and flat. I';ll keep tweaking..."
"So tender! I replaced the green pepper with zucchini... but i used the red pepper. And i put some red potatoes in the pot while it was braising and then the last 15 mins, I added the rest of the zucchini all chunked up. And I didn't do the flour thing... I just served it with juice on the side... it was better than I thought!
