"Whoa Nelly! This was a great recipe and one I will use again. I used fresh herbs because they were available but followed the rest of the recipe closely. The meat turned out perfect, pink but not bloody. I did deglaze the pan with some red wine and made a roux for a beautiful and mouth watering gravy."
"These little gems were so time consuming and a real chore to put together. My first batch were in the oven for 15 minutes and were too dark. I gave the next batch a 13 minute try and they were a little better. Just too much work for so few cookies. They were tasty but not what I expected."
