WOW! I was inspired to try this after trying the frozen entree. The sauce is very rich and easy to prepare. Added some chili paste for extra heat -- delicious!

"SO delicious and SO simple! Never would I have believed that delicious mac & cheese could be made in one pan but wow, is that the case here. No more sweating over a roux and washing up multiple pots. I made the sauce with 3 oz cheddar and 1 oz gruyere and I substituted asiago for the parm. Next time I might use a super-sharp cheddar. "AT LAST! A mac and cheese recipe that delivered! So delicious and so creamy. I have always been slightly disappointed with other recipes, with the sauce breaking and/or finding the dish not as flavorful once baked. This will surely be my go-recipe. I did not have quite enough Gruyere on hand and so I substituted @ 4 oz of domestic asiago. THANK YOU, INA!
