"I loved Aida's beef stew. I did it all on my stove top, took about ~1hr of simmering and is super tender. The broth is amazing. Next time I would cut down on the cayanne a little bit, especially if you are cooking for kids. This will be my go-to beef stew recipe. It's so easy, if you cook it once you will probably have it memorized."
