“This recipe is excellent. I did make several changes, the biggest using chicken breasts. I also deglazed the pan with 1 cup of broth, and half cup of the white wine. Anytime you pair chicken, pancetta, sausage, parm, and a sweet fruit, you have an amazing meal. I will for sure do this again. The stuffing is delicious. I had half of the stuffing left... ”
