"Very easy and tasty. I'm using large heirloom tomatoes that are quite juicy. I tried to strain at the end, but it just left me with watery tomato soup. I ended up leaving all the ingredients in and just pureed longer ( I don't mind the seeds left in there). Next time i won't add the water. I also added a sprig of mint to the thyme - tied all ""
