"I make it for friends and family gathering and it pleases the crowd every single time. Easy and tasty. I serve it room temperature without ice cream! it is even better the next day. Make sure that you make it in the morning and serve it at night or the next day. the flavors need time to develop."

Very prominent single note of fennel, seems oily without adding anything to the oil to build a sauce. Although, I have to say bread and the sauteed fennel and garlic was delicious.

"Kudos, another fantastic recipe with consistent results. The herb butter is to die for, make sure that your guests try some of it with baguette. I used frozen New Zealand muscles with sweeter taste and they were amazing as well. "

"A knock out recipe. Every single time I make this dish I get complements. One thing, cut back on the bourbon, it is VERY strong fr the recipe. You can always add more if thought it s not enough!"
