I didn't use the garlic, and reduced the amount of the herbs. I used dried herbs. I cooked this in a crock pot using a parchment paper/aluminum foil layer to increase seal with top. DELICIOUS!!!!! Thank, Elie

This a little bland. I think all seasonings, etc should be increased 1.5X, and half stock to half broth used for the braising. Fat must be removed after cooking. The sauce can also be reduced to increase the flavor. Sauce seemed a little bitter so I added a small amount of brown sugar. I liked getting to use dry sherry instead of the usual red wine....

EXCELLENT!!! I did not use the garlic, and used only dried herbs. I cooked split breasts in a crock pot using parchment paper and foil to make a better seal with the top.
