The schmear is like a Mediterranean chimichurri. I'm with Mr. Symon on a nice crisp salad with fatty juicy steak, potatoes fill up all the room steak should go.""

"Anyone who knows me knows that "steak night" is my favorite part of the week.
The original Manhattan was made with rye whiskey but most prefer a crown type blend. I usually reserve good bourbon for clean chopped ice but I admit...this beverage rocks!!!
