"I love almost everything Kelsey teaches us how to make, and I especially appreciate her added hints on variations. Here, however, the "Slow-Roasted Tomatoes" variation leaves us without any hint of the oven temperature, except to call the tomatoes "slow-roasted," which implies a low oven temperature.
