Reviewed Olive Cheese Bread
Monday, Dec 9, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com
“Oh so good!!! Perfect for olive lovers like myself! I used club rolls instead of the french bread this time, and had to leave out the green onions since I forgot to get them at the store. Will definitely add that the next time, but it was still delish without them! ”
"This was okay but certainly not the best pasta salad I';ve ever had... Kinda upsetting cause I adore Jamie Oliver. I';d say this is a good place to start, but would recommend adding other things to it (i.e. cheese, other veggies, vidalia onion, etc.)"
"This was pretty darn phenomenal!!! I wasn't in the grilling mood last night, so I roasted the veggies in the oven rather than grilling them... Also, didn't bother "chopping" the vegetables up after roasting them - just left them chunky. Used some garlic flavored olive oil on the finished salad along with the balsamic vinegar. SO GOOD!!!"
"Wow these were sooo good! And in my opinion, way better than the ones from PF Chang's! I used frozen pre-cooked cubed chicken (since it find it to be a lifesaver in many dishes) and left out the mushrooms cause we don't really like them... I love that this recipe calls for "normal" ingredients that I have on hand, rather than having to buy 3-4 "
"We thought this was fabulous! It was so easy to make and looked so appealing... Didn't use the white wine cause the family doesn't like it - just added more chicken broth... Also threw in half a block of cream cheese that I needed to use up, and tossed the parmesan cheese with the whole dish rather than just putting it on top. It was sooo good "
"This was really good. Didn't use anchovies because they scare me and I used regular canned black olives rather than the cured ones. I'm sure the cured ones would have been better but I just didn't have them. Days later, the salad was still nice and fresh! "
"This was really tasty! I will definitely make it again, but I think I will julienne the veggies a little more than I did this time to give it more of a "slaw" texture. This is a refreshing and healthy side dish for the spring/summer..."
"A little more work than just using a bag of frozen veggies, but so worth it!!! I used snow peas and broccoli instead. I did think it needed a little more than just salt and pepper so I used some lemon-orange pepper that I had, which gave it a nice little kick. It was simply delish!"
"I thought this was delicious but my family thought it was a little bland... They suggested using a different cheese next time, so maybe I will try using sharp cheddar... Or a combination of cheddar and parmesan. May also add some thinly sliced onions. But like I said, I really enjoyed it as written!"
"We loved these! The chili was so easy and quick to throw together (I used some precooked bacon that I had) and it tasted great. I used regular sized hot dogs and buns which may be why they were so messy to eat. And since I had some extra chipotle, I added some to some ketchup and we dipped our tater tots in it... It was so good, I don't think I"
"This was one of the best pasta salad recipes I've tried (I knew it would be just by looking at the recipe!!). . . I used a little extra orzo and had to finely chop everything by hand - my food processor is small so I didn't want to bother with it. Totally worth the work though - Guy is the best!!!"
"We thought these were great!!! Plus, they're so easy and quick to make. I added some frozen baby pearl onions (since another reviewer suggested adding onions). Next time (and there definitely will be a next time!), I am going to add some chopped red onion. My husband is a picky eater and he said they were the best green beans he's had in a long ti"
"Used to make smashed potatoes very similar to these all the time... After watching the show the other day, I decided to make them again using Ree's recipe as the addition of the french fried onions caught my eye... They turned out great! Used pre-shredded sharp cheddar cause one of my girls doesn't like spicy stuff, and also because it just saves "
"Wasn't overly impressed with this... It was light and fresh tasting but I felt like it needed something more. I think the addition of fresh garlic, some sort of briny olives and/or some feta cheese would have pumped the flavor up a bit."
"This was pretty tasty... Had to use apple cider vinegar since I was out of red wine vinegar for some reason - but it turned out well. Added a few tablespoons of capers for a little more flavor. Artichoke hearts would be a great addition to this..."
"These burgers turned out great... I sprayed the onions with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, and added some salt and pepper to them. Also added some cheese slices for those who wanted cheese. The mayo-mustard sauce was so simple but really good, and the burgers themselves had great flavor as well. Overall a very good recipe!!!"
"When I read the ingredient list, I didn't see how it would turn out like Red Hot and Blue's, but I was wrong! It tastes just like what I remember having when I visited Fairfax, Virginia a few months ago. Nothing fancy, but absolutely delish! So glad I found the recipe!"
