"The chicken was good. I ran out of yogurt so I used sour cream. I was skeptical about the papaya fearing that it may be a little too sweet so I used butternut squash instead. It had bit of sweetness to it and it was soooooooooooooo good. The lady at walmart asked how does the squash taste I tld her I didn't know, I'll have to wait and find out lol"

"Really good. As soon as I saw the episode, I included the eggplant on my grocery list. I baked the eggplant on 450 instead of 350 because I was in a hurry. The only thing a did differently was I added sour cream instead of mayo. It reminded me of baba ganoosh but a little better."

"Wow. I've had this chicken before. The members of our Mosque cook it but they use the whole chicken, bones and all. And I thought that it would be better to use the chicken breast. The only thing I did differently was use 1/2 teaspoon chilly flakes. And the gharam masala can be found in the Indian/Pakistani grocery. "
