"Huge hit! This is a fantastic meal. Very flavorful. Instead of butter on top of the potatoe, I added tbsp. olive oil mayo to the mixture to moisten it. Everything else I followed to the letter. My son who is 13 said we should always have pork chops like this. A definite keeper."
