About Me

Food! Food! Food! I am at a point in my life I am not trying to find a way to get through dinner but trying to make dinner. With todays tools and tv chiefs to show me how I am more excited than ever to make dinner. I love good food!

Favorite Foods

Rossito, beef, roasted chicken, mac and cheese, shepards pie, shirmp tacos, thai curry, pulled pork, potatoes, pumkin anything, pretziels, Tomatos from Romania, Strudel from Germany, every apple drink they make in poland, the fresh vegtable venders on the busy streets of bangcok, twianise tea, and bar be que.

I have to say my favorite dishes I love to make first up Gordan Ramseys recipes, fun easy and out of the world tasty. Second Rachael Ray, I haven't made one of her recipes that hasn't won me the hug of the night!

The dish my family most asks me to make well its a dessert, first it was my chocolate chip cookies, now sticky toffee pudding. Thank you sugar high!! OHHH my lemon pie, its an old family recipe nothing on food network comes close, you can put this in any crust absolutly is a winner. I do it different everytime, but the lemon filling is always the same. Cupcakes have been requested for my next adventure.
