"I tried this recipe. Very good. Nothing special. But still tasty. If you like Coffee and Vanilla ice cream you can't go wrong with this recipe.

I would recommend you purchase the best Hawaiian coffee you can find, although Folgers coffee will do just fine. Then make sure you get real vanilla ice cream not an artificial vanilla flavored brand. "

"I have made this breakfast many times. Egg recipe only. Not the hashbrowns. (Although they look good.) The eggs served this way are very very good. Make sure you slow cook the chile peppers in butter for at least 5 minutes. It helps release the chile flavor. Also, skim off the milk fat from the butter before serving. Spoon over the yogurt and egg"
