"I've made salmon patties too many years not to add a binder. I added one egg, substituted Liquid Aminos seasoning for the soy sauce and accidentally doubled the horseradish sauce (from quickly writing it down as it aired), but it was delicious! Coming from the south, salmon patties are a staple and I've only been moderately happy with the recipes "
