"I couldn't wait to buy all the ingredients for these meatballs. I followed the recipe as directed. I used 7 cloves of garlic to the meat mixture. I did add about another 1/4 cup breadcrumbs to the meat mixture to give it a little more body. I used an small ice cream scoop to measure the meatballs. Although I baked them slightly longer than 40"
