Reviewed Bal's No-Butter Chicken

"I often cook variations of Bal's No-Butter Chicken esp. since I want to avoid butter and other rich cholesterol ingredients. BUT adding brown-sugar was a first of me and it really brought out the flavors and aromas. It's like adding a bit of espresso to enhance the chocolate in a batter. Very creative!!"
