"This was excellent, however, I used my poultry rub on the chicken and let my thighs set overnight. After I browned my thighs, I added thinly sliced sweet onions, 1 tablespoon of butter and 1/2 cup of red red and deglazed the saucepan. Then pour the mixture over the potatoes, tomatoes & chicken before I place it in the oven....IT WAS EXCELLENT AND ""
