About Me

I am a retired NCO,I have traveled to Saudi Arabia, Kuwaite, Korea(the southern part) and all over Europe. My oldest son and I will NOT let my wife in the kitchen execpt to do the simplest dishes(she DOES have some good ones) One note, the U.S. Southwest has NOTHING on Korea for HOT spices. My family stayed in the El Paso/New Mexico area after I retired from the Army.
