"This recipe was outstanding! Easy to make and delicious! I used regular whipping cream (35%?) and Hawaiian rolls instead of the french bread. Came out with a wonderful texture. I used the recommended Ivy Cottage scone mix, but instead of using 6 oz of salami, I only used 4oz. It looked like so much salami compared to the dried apricots.
