"I love these and so does my family! I add 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon to the dough, and they are fantastic..... And still not too sweet. The vanilla (I use vanilla paste) and hint of cinnamon go sooooo well with the chocolate."

To another reviewer please note Ina uses a muffin pan which is deeper than a cupcake pan, and sets it on a baking sheet. It might also be helpful to those that found the topping stuck to their plan to let the buns sit a few minutes before inverting.
