"LOVED this!! What an absolute easy and tasty way to get your vegetables in for the day? I made my own pesto, mainly so that I didn't have to buy it, but I think the freshness of making it right then and there made all the difference. "I'm glad I read the other reviews before trying this out. It DEFINITELY needs more flavor. So I added garlic, hot curry, more salt and pepper, and some half-n-half. Also had my own seasoned bread crumbs. ADD FLAVOR, but I like the health aspect of it. "

"This recipe is great b/c I don't have to use the cream of mushroom can. I added more celery and broccoli, the veggie serving suggestion wasn't enough.
