"Made this last night with a couple of substitutions as I didn't have any shallots (used sweet Vidalia onion instead) or prosciutto (used cherrywood bacon instead)... it was awesome! Husband said this recipe is a KEEPER and a do again (Pleeeeeeeeeeeease!!)"
"These were awesome! Had some thicker bacon so I cooked them longer and as I am not a big fan of dill, I substituted the dill with a tablespoon of drained Wickles Wicked relish... added another punch to it! Made these for a for a football game appetizer and now my husband is marking the calendar for me to make sure I will do these again, and again"
"This was awesome! Since it was just for my husband and myself, I cut the ingredients in half and, one night later, we are STILL talking about it. I did tweak the sauce a bit by adding about 1 to 2 tspns of hot sauce... this add that zip at the end of the taste! I have never seen my husband clean off the plate soooo fast!
