I tried this dish out for the second time now and gotta say my kids just love it.
They even compared it to one of the top BBQ restaurants in town!
My only cooment would be we found it a bit on the sweet side. Next time I try this I may reduce to 1 bottle of ginger beer and/or 1/2 molasses replaced with wine to bring out the savory less thi ""
