"This was so easy and so delicious. My husband asked for more and said it was wonderful. I grilled him a steak and had this with it. Yum, I would make this over and over this summer and into the fall with all fresh veggies. It was like eye candy :-""

About Me

I raise some poultry, have six dogs and two cats and the best husband on earth.  We have 16 grandchildren and 4 great-granchildren.  We live in the middle of 82 acres and have tons of privacy.  I also crochet, weave baskets(novice) a photographer(novice) and do oil painting, again a novice.  I love to read and have a Kindle with hundreds of books on it.
