Reviewed English Onion Soup with Sage and Cheddar

Monday, Dec 12, 2011 on Cooking Channel

"This soup was incredibly easy to make and intensely delicious. The cheddar and sage bread added such a new take on the usual onion soup. If you can, save yourself some tears and have the family help chop up the onions and cry together!! I used a ton of different onions, leeks and shallots. This was the best onion soup I have ever tasted!!""

Reviewed Spicy Linguine with Clams and Mussels

Saturday, Oct 9, 2010 on Food Network

"This may be the quintessential Italian dish. There is a small discrepancy; when Giada does it on the show, she adds the pasta to the pan with the mussels/clams as opposed to making the sauce and pouring it over the pasta as described in the recipe above. Englishcountry, I think that Giada is cute as a button and is just fine when she stares off into space while testing her pasta.

Personally, I hear a pang of jealously and assume that you are an overweight housewife that doesn't get enough sex. Maybe your husband doesn't like your version of this recipe. I wouldn't change a thing.
