"I think this should be called Awesome Meatloaf with Sauce. The sauce was good, but wasn't as awesome as the meatloaf itself! I have never heard of using grated potato in meatloaf. The meat had the best consistancy and flavor of any I have tried. Whether I use the sauce again or not, I will never make my meatloaf any other way."
